Refund Policy:
NO refunds will be given unless it is approved and 10% of the order will not be refunded to cover fees already paid by Branded. No refunds means NO canceling orders. NO exceptions!
Return/Damage Policy-
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Yes clothing items are eligible for return for store credit if they are returned to Branded within 7 days of you receiving the item(s)..that is the delivery date of the item(s) provided by its tracking number on the order(Example: If received on the 9th it needs to be in the mail by the 16th). These returns MUST be unworn, unused, free of cosmetic stains, unwashed, and with tags still attached! If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer at their cost. YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN IN THE MAIL. If you mail it back without approval it will be sent back!
